Gary Zolnierek

Like many successful business intermediaries, Gary 's background includes business ownership, beginning with the startup and extending through the successful management of a retail food service business in 1987.

He later developed and managed his own Aerospace Manufacturing Businesses in 1997 that specialized in machining, tooling and fabrication for commercial and military customers.

Gary has also been successful in the corporate world, having held the positions of both Operations Manager and General Manager with a major international aerospace company. Gary is a member of the International Business Brokers Association holding the Certified Business Broker certification (CBI). Gary holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Michigan State University and resides in Cedar Park .

 

Tom Gottlieb

Tom has a vast amount of business experience in small, medium, and large enterprises that spans three decades with both domestic and international operations. His career started out in financial roles and grew into Project Management, Supply Chain, major Operational, and Leadership roles in Aerospace, Security systems, Automotive, Medical, and Electronic Industries. From Start-ups to mature organizations, Tom has driven execution of successful objectives in every profitable enterprise.

He has a BS degree from the University of Cincinnati, graduate of the GE Financial Management Program and trained in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

Tom’s proven track record and Operational disciplines using World Class processes, along with his expertise in Execution, will continue to prove to be a valuable resource for every new customer needing to achieve successful outcomes.

 

Greg Knox

Greg began his finance career in some of the largest institutions in the financial world. Having over 14 years of experience as an officer in the trading and investment banking divisions of T. Rowe Price, Deutsche Bank, Wachovia, and a top ten hedge fund in the world by assets,

Greg is uniquely qualified to offer his expertise in the small and mid-market business intermediary level. Greg graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. where he was the captain of F&M’s Division I wrestling team for his junior and senior seasons. With numerous successful completed deals in the greater Austin area, Greg will be happy to help with your next successful business transaction.

 

Larry Carstens

Larry’s experience as an entrepreneur, commercial finance manager, marketer, and business evaluator makes him uniquely qualified to provide business buyers and sellers with the expertise they need to complete a successful transaction.

Larry’s career is highlighted by his ownership of three very successful startup businesses that include commercial finance, delivery services and distressed asset acquisitions.

He led the negotiations that resulted in the sale of an interest in one of his companies to a central Texas bank. He has held the position of Marketing Director for a Commercial Finance Company and has been a Sr. Vice President of a major bank with responsibilities that included the management of a multi-million dollar portfolio of assets.

He has an accounting degree from Minnesota West Community and Technical College.
